1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Habeast, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. Habeast is not intended for children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Habeast to:
- Harass, threaten, deceive or harm another person.
- Publish unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content.
- Attempt to access another user's account or bypass security.
- Interfere with the operation of the app, distribute malware or automate abusive activity.
- Use group features to disclose another person's private information without permission.
5. User content and groups
You retain ownership of information and content you create. You grant Habeast a limited permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service. Content shared in a group may be visible to other group members.
6. Health disclaimer
Habeast is a habit-tracking and motivation tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider or substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutrition or fitness advice. Seek qualified advice before making decisions that may affect your health.
7. Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed. We do not guarantee that Habeast will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.
8. Account suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Habeast and delete your account at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The Habeast name, interface, graphics, software and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Habeast materials to users.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
Habeast is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, missed goals, or decisions made based on app content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bulgaria, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
